The recently developed "Beni Madonna" is a recently developed Mikan-Orange hybrid that comes to closest to the ideal of what a sweet-sour citrus fruit should be. Available for only one month a year in December, it is a very soft sweet fruit with flesh that is more like jelly than pulp and skin that literally slides off the fruits and flesh that are infused with are variegated  yellow, orange, and rosy hues of sunshine,  making luscious jelly-like flesh natural desserts as they are healthy portable snacks.
