Yamanashi Prefecture is the largest producer of peaches in Japan. Ichinomiya is a local and famous brand of peaches in Yamanashi Prefecture. It has both color and fragrance. The peach flavor is rich and fragrant, with high sweetness, but not overly sweet. There is almost no "dregs". It is the highest grade peach in Yamanashi Prefecture.
